We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel a booking, and we hope that you will try to reschedule with us.  To cancel please give as much notice as possible to allow another happy cat lover to take your place; email info@kikoscatcafe.co.uk or call us on 01797 330544.

If you cancel 48 hours or more before the booking time, we can either reschedule or refund the amount paid, less a £1 admin fee to cover staff costs and credit card charges we incur. We are sorry but we do not offer any refund or exchange for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking, but you are able to transfer to another name in this case.

Special occasions and events may have separate booking terms, so please check your confirmation email when you make a special booking.
